    อาการตากระตุก เกิดจาก

    โดยอาการตากระตุกที่ผิดปกติจะเริ่มตั้งแต่ตากระตุกทั้งวัน ที่ก่อให้เกิดความรำคาญในแต่ละวันนะคะ สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดอาการตากระตุก แพทย์สันนิฐานเอาไว้ว่าเป็นเพราะ

    • การพักผ่อนไม่เพียงพอ
    • มีอาการตาล้าจากการมองจอมากเกินไป
    • แสง ลม ตาแห้ง ก็ทำให้เกิดอาการตากระตุกได้นะคะ

    นอกจากปัจจัยภายนอกในข้างต้นแล้ว อาการตากระตุกก็เกิดจากปัจจัยภายในร่างกาย ที่เกิดจากโรคบางอย่างก็มีนะคะ มาลองสำรวจกันค่า

    แต่ถ้าใครเกิดอาการตากระตุกทั้งวัน แต่หายในวันนั้น ก็ยังไม่ต้องพบแพทย์นะคะ แต่มันก็น่ารำคาณกันใช่ไหมคะ เรามีวิธีแก้อาการตากระตุกในเบื้องต้นมาฝาก จะมีวิธีไหน ก็ตามมาดูกันเลยค่า

    1. นวดดวงตาเป็นเวลา 30 วินาที

    วิธีแรกจะเป็นการนวดดวงตากันก่อนนะคะ โดยจะใช้ปลายนิ้วชี้และกลางนวดบริเวณใต้ตาล่าง หมุนเป็นวงกลม นับในใจราวๆ 30 วินาทีแล้วปล่อย เพื่อกระตุ้นการไหลเวียนของเลือดและสร้างความแข็งแรงให้กล้ามเนื้อตาค่ะ

    2. หลับตาลงแน่นๆ เป็นเวลา 1นาที

    วิธีที่สองคือ ให้หลับตาลงแน่นๆ นะคะ แล้วค้างเอาไว้ 1 นาทีก่อนจะคลายออก แต่ไม่ลืมตาน้า เพื่อบริหารให้กล้ามเนื้อตาแข็งแรง ทำซ้ำอยู่แบบนี้ คือหลับตาลงแน่นๆ 1 นาที แล้วคลายออกโดยไม่ลืมตา แล้วหลับซ้ำจนครบ 3 รอบ ก็ช่วยให้ดวงตาหายกระตุกได้ค่า

    3. กระพริบตาถี่ๆ

    เวลาที่เกิดอาการตากระตุกจนรู้สึกรำคาณ ให้ลองหลับตาลงแล้วกระพริบตาถี่ๆ ต้องระวังไม่ให้เกิดอาการเจ็บนะคะ วิธีนี้จะช่วยเรียกน้ำตาให้เคลือบดวงตาจนเกิดความชุ่มชื้นและสร้างความแข็งแรงให้กล้ามเนื้อดวงตาจนหยุดอาการตากระตุกได้ค่า

    4. พรมน้ำอุ่นกับน้ำเย็นลดอาการตากระตุก

    เพื่อกระตุ้นการไหลเวียนของเลือด เราสามารถใช้น้ำอุ่นลูบดวงตาก่อน ให้หลอดเลือดขยายตัวนะคะแล้วค่อยใช้น้ำเย็นลูบซ้ำเพื่อทำให้หลอดเลือดหดตัว ทำซ้ำระหว่างน้ำเย็นและน้ำอุ่นแบบนี้ประมาณ 10 ครั้ง ก็ช่วยหยุดอาการตากระตุกได้ค่ะ

    5. หยอดน้ำตาเทียม

    หากดวงตาแห้งด้วยแล้วเกิดอาการตากระตุก สามารถใช้น้ำตาเทียมหยอดลงบนดวงตาเพื่อให้ความชุ่มชื้นได้นะคะ ทำเป็นประจำโดยเฉพาะคนที่นั่งทำงานในห้องแอร์ต้องไม่ควรปล่อยให้ตาแห้งเลยค่า ดวงตาจะได้ไม่อ่อนล้าจนเกิดอาการตากระตุกได้ค่ะ

    6. ประคบร้อนบนดวงตา

    เป็นอีกหนึ่งวิธีที่กระตุ้นการไหลเวียนของเลือดให้มาเลี้ยงดวงตาได้นะคะ เมื่อเลือดไหลเวียนมาเลี้ยงดวงตาก็ทำให้หยุดอาการตากระตุกได้เช่นเดียวกัน

    สามารถใช้ผ้าขนหนูผืนเล็กชุบกับน้ำอุ่นแล้วนำมาประคบดวงตาสัก 30 วิธีนี้ ก็ช่วยหยุดอาการดวงตากระตุกได้ หากไม่หายในครางเดียว ทำซ้ำสัก 3 ครั้งก็ได้ค่า

    7. นอนหลับให้เพียงพอ
